At PrimeCaps, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship internationally to most countries worldwide. We do not currently ship to Brazil.
SHIPPING RATES
- Standard Shipping: $9.99 per order
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $75.00
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
- Standard International: 7–17 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. PrimeCaps has no control over customs delays or additional charges.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at klebermarcos2008@hotmail.com and we will investigate the issue with our shipping partners.
